The Corporate Group Operations Manager - Innovation will work on high priority COO initiatives by
collaborating with senior operating leaders of DaVita Healthcare Partners. Topics will likely include:
The Group Operations Manager will play a leadership role in both facility operations and is expected to
effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to ROD/DVP leadership and
senior executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrates first-principles thinking in analyzing problems and engaging with teammates
• Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities
• Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks
• Leverages continuous improvement tools and processes (Lean, Six-Sigma, PDCA) to structure and incubate
improvement opportunities
• Conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics

• Operates growth strategies across Kidney Care initiatives including Strategic Business initatives
• Builds large-scale operating models
• Develops Integrated care business models
• Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis; Builds appropriate
horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks
• Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
• Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and
clinicians
• 10%-25% travel may be required
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's degree in related field required; bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
• 5-10 years of work experience in facility operations, clinical management, or process engineering preferred
• Experience supporting business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial
performance
• Clinical background preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
