Role Summary
This role serves as the connective tissue across a high-visibility, Village-critical portfolio-helping translate strategy into execution, accelerate delivery, and create the systems that keep a complex operation running smoothly. Acting as a trusted partner to the Operations Excellence Senior Director of Product, this person will design and maintain the operating rhythm for Ops Model 2.0, stand up processes in collaboration with Product Ops, and ensure executive forums and workstreams are tightly organized, insight-driven, and outcomes-focused.
This Senior Manager will operate at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy - balancing structure with adaptability, and turning complexity into clarity. This is an ideal role for a disciplined, systems-minded operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves simplifying the complicated, and takes pride in driving results through others.
Core Responsibilities
1. Operating System Design & Execution
- Partner with Product Ops to define and operationalize the team's cadences (e.g., OKRs, portfolio dashboards, risk tracking, decision logs).
- Implement tools and processes that create visibility, accountability, and momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between product teams, operators, and senior leaders through clear communication and meeting hygiene.
- Lead integrated planning for the Ops Model 2.0 portfolio (workforce planning, inventory, prioritization) and other TDX portfolio products (e.g., Planner, TM Central).
- Surface interdependencies, manage RAID logs, and ensure timely escalation and decision-making.
- Track progress against outcomes, not just output - helping shift the team toward measurable business impact.
- Prepare pre-reads, narratives, and visual storytelling for leadership reviews, SteerCos, and strategy sessions.
- Drive meeting readiness and follow-through - ensuring forums lead to crisp decisions and action.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and help shape positioning for high-visibility discussions.
- Conduct light product discovery - auditing relevant roadmaps to identify reprioritization opportunities and capacity tradeoffs.
- Support discovery work in the workforce planning lane, framing hypotheses, testing assumptions, and synthesizing early learnings.
