JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for identifying, supporting and facilitating business process improvements within DaVita's procurement applications as well as our procure-to-pay process, providing procurement application support to DaVita clinics, and performing administrative tasks needed to maintain our applications. The primary tasks that will be performed in this role are general application support, application enhancement projects, UAT (end user testing for enhancement efforts), application maintenance, running periodic reports, and cross functional support on shared initiatives with external departments and organizations. This position requires a solid understanding of the procure-to-pay process (P2P), experience with application support and above average Excel skills. Experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion (Financials and Purchasing modules) is a bonus. This position also requires problem solving and analytical skills, a service excellence mindset and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive)
- Procurement Application Support (i.e. online store used by DaVita clinics to purchase their treatment supplies)
- Communicating product recall notifications to impacted clinics
- Working cross functionally with IT and vendors to promptly address ordering issues and deliver application improvements/enhancements
- Regularly maintaining and updating our project/task tracker and following up with stakeholders as needed
- Creating and updating job aids and process documents for our applications
- Maintaining our knowledge base and support repository
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
- Work overtime with little or no notice as needed
- Punctual attendance to meetings/calls, and timely completion of trainings
- Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience in Application Support
- Supply Chain and Procurement experience in healthcare or multi-site company is a bonus
- Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and Purchasing modules
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must be based out of Southern California and able to regularly come into our Irvine office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities:
- Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 15 pounds unassisted; able to sit for extended periods of time with some standing, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, lifting; moderate range of body motions
- Ability to hear and interact by phone clearly and efficiently
- Ability to use computer and all peripherals for extended periods of time

Salary/ Wage Range
$72,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
