Position Summary 
We areseekinga talented andanalytically-drivenSenior Analyst to join our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Finance Data and Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex clinical and financial data to generate insights that enhance patient outcomes and support our value-based careobjectives.
You will dive deep into datasets from various sources to evaluate clinical program effectiveness, with a significant focus on our"care pathways."This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence patient care strategies through data-driven storytelling and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities 
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation:Analyze large, complex datasets from sources like Cerner to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs andidentifytrends in patient care.
- Performance Reporting:Design, develop, andmaintainadvanced dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our Integrated Care Nurses and Care Coordinators.
- Care Pathway Analytics:
- Perform detailed analysis of care activities.
- Translate data into actionable insights on care pathway adherence, completion rates, and the impact on patient outcomes like readmission rates.
- Support clinical and operational partners by using data to help refine care coordination strategies andidentifyareas for improvement.
- Financial & Operational Modeling:Assist in developing models to assess thefinancial impactof clinical initiatives and support strategic decision-making within the IKC finance team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a data expert and analytical partner for clinical, operational, and finance leaders. Clearly present your findings and recommendations to guide business strategy.
- Data Integrity & Process Improvement:Contribute to the enhancement of data structures and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency and the quality of our analytical insights.
- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Finance, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- One to Three (1-3) years of professional experience in an analytics role.
- Experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strongproficiencywith data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- A stronginterest in healthcare concepts, particularly value-based care, care coordination, and clinical workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
