Job Description: Senior Analyst, Joint Forces
Job Title: Senior Analyst, Joint Forces Department: Joint Forces (0974) - Team Evergreen North (06998) CBO - Federal Way Business Office Reports to (role title): Manager, Joint Forces
Position Summary
This position is a key contributor to the Joint Forces (Joint Venture Accounting) team, responsible for verifying the accuracy of the General Ledger and providing timely and accurate financial information to Operations, Field Finance customers and JV partners. The Senior Analyst works largely independently to execute complex tasks related to financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes. This role requires a productive understanding of the functional area, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and with cross-functional partners. The Senior Analyst is part of the broader Village Sentinels accounting lane within Team Apollo.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Accounting and Reporting
o Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flows, Capital Account statements, and other manual reports.

o Perform cash management responsibilities including cash flow forecasting, distribution calculations, debt management, and capital call preparation
o Perform account analysis, prepare journal entries, and conduct legal entity reviews.
o Analyze financial trends in revenue, expenses, accounts receivable, and collections using multiple systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
o Develop a comprehensive understanding of Joint Ventures to communicate financial results to operators and partners.
o Serve as a data and analytical partner to clinical, operational, and finance leadership, presenting findings and recommendations to support business strategy.
o Prepare audit schedules and respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
o Understand, evaluate, and document SOX controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement
o Provide ideas and solutions for process improvements.
o Collaborate with leadership on projects to define scope, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
o Respond to ad-hoc questions and reporting requests.
o Facilitate effective meetings, leading discussions with the team, field operators, and JV partners.
o Collaborate with outsourced partners (Accenture) to meet operational goals
o Act as a Champion for a designated accounting process (e.g., NCI, Equity Earnings).
• Other duties as assigned.
Education and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
• One to three (1-3) years of professional experience in an accounting or analytics role.
• Demonstrates a productive understanding of the functional area and independently executes complex tasks.
• Facilitates effective meetings, builds strong team relationships, collaborates in a team-oriented environment, and presents information to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn internal systems and technology including Oracle, Essbase, Cognos, Glean, Tableau, etc.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Wage Range for the role is $32.50 - $45.50 per hour.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
