DaVita is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our National Hospital Services Group (HSG). This Financial Analyst will support new business contracting financial modeling in partnership with operational leadership teams, partner with the HSG National Accounts Team on financial management for National Accounts contracts, and lead financial compliance processes for the HSG business. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Finance and will be an integral player in driving growth and successful outcomes for the HSG business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Modeling, New Business Contracting, and Data Analytics:
- Build & maintain financial models to support pricing decisions and serve as a thought partner in contract negotiations with hospitals.
- Provide detailed analyses of key operational data to measure the underlying performance of the business and support decision-making processes.
- Utilize tools like Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau for advanced planning and analytics.
- Partner with the Senior Director of National Accounts on various initiatives to drive growth.
- Partner with Field Operations and Finance to provide financial modelling support for large national hospital system negotiations.
- Support ad-hoc data analyses to inform National Account performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Support DaVita's Compliance & Legal departments, overseeing the financial health of hospital accounts to identify and mitigate potential compliance risk.
- Support updates to pricing and market valuation initiatives.
- Support annual reviews of new business contracting to identify key strengths and areas for improvement in our pricing model & process.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager Finance for Hospital Services to support initiatives that drive growth for the HSG business.
- Present models, findings, and research to leaders across the HSG business (Senior Manager+).
- Partner with internal and cross-functional leaders and peers on initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, accounting, consulting, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry
- Quick learner with strong curiosity to solve complex problems with systems, processes, and data
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
- Strong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
