GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Driver transports equipment, supplies, documents, etc. to and from facilities and other off-site facilities as

required and in accordance with DaVita policies, procedures, and service agreements. This position reports to

the Facility Administrator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives detailed instructions on all work, which is routine in nature, completed under close supervision with little autonomy.
  • Transports equipment or supplies from location to location as directed.
  • Operates a motor vehicle according to all applicable traffic laws and safe vehicle standards.
  • Informs FA or AFA immediately of any motor vehicle accidents or citations that occur while working or on personal time.
  • Ensures company vehicle is regularly maintained including but not limited to washing, oil changes, tires, and repairs.
  • Documents vehicle maintenance and sign-off approval from management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Entry level position with little or no prior relevant work experience.
  • Acquire basic skills to perform routine tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current, CDL and valid driver's license in state of residence and clean motor vehicle driving record required

The Wage Range for the role is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
