Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java frameworks and knowledge in .NET Core for building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Solid expertise in object-oriented design, multithreading, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development.
- Proficiency in database design and performance optimization in Oracle, Spanner, Big Query.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and cloud security concepts.
- Experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
- Implementation knowledge of Agentic using Langchain & Langgraph
- Copilot/Glean usage with IDE
- Integration with Cloud AI Solutions like Vertex AI, Gemini AI
- Familiarity with RAG Grounding with Enterprise Data
- Good knowledge in prompting
- ADK
- Must have experience in implementing integrations using Kafka, Informatica B2B, CSB etc
- Exposure to Camunda and ODM is a plus
- Must have hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead system analysis, architecture design, and technical decision-making for complex enterprise systems.
- Expertise in software design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and SOLID principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Experience reviewing and improving existing system architectures for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding senior and junior engineers.
- Drive coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence across teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or principal engineering role.
- Experience working in agile environments and delivering large-scale, production-grade systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
