And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs a Staff Quality Engineer with CVS Health, you will participate on a product development team of 6-10 people (engineers, UX designers, and product manager) and work with the team to build high-quality, usable products to customers and stakeholders.You will help educate both business and technology personnel on the testing process and test products at various stages of development and delivery . You will also maintain a user-centered and business-as-priority approach in testing perspective and practice .Responsibilities

  • Participate in the requirements and design phases of software development to thoroughly understand business requirements and cater to business needs
  • Design and deliver test plans and scenarios

  • Implement defined quality engineering processes in all aspects of project lifecycle (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate) with minimal supervision
  • Ownership of overall QA/QE processes in regression and end-to-end functions on medium and large initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems with collaboration across the enterprise
  • Identify and implement frameworks and tools for automation of testing
Required Qualifications
  • 7 + years of experience with enterprise software testing in a large-scale distributed software design environment using technologies such as Gherkins, Rest Assure, Java, Apache POI,
  • 2 + year s of experience with Agile methodologies too l s, and concepts such as GitHub, Devops, Jenkins, BDD Automation, database testing, continuous testing, and model-based testing
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as RTC, RQM, Jira, HP ALM, and Rally
  • Strong experience as a lead on quality assurance engineering teams
  • Ability to collaborate and work with minimal supervision on a cross-functional team

The typical pay range for this role is:$106,605.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
