Designs cross-functional solutions to address client-specific challenges related to Star Ratings performance . This work results in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic objectives, to include improved Star Ratings performance and improved organizational effectiveness.Designs client specific and/or cross-functional solutions to address challenges related to Star Ratings performance. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic objectives, to include improved Star Ratings and improved organizational effectiveness.What you will do
- Directs development of the organization's client-specific government programs action plan to ensure compliance with Star Ratings program.
- Advises organizational teams to develop and execute government program procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Leads the development of Star Rating initiatives, develops strategies, presents recommendations, and implements solutions to improve overall client-level performance.
- Collaborates with regional and local account management and sales teams on Star ratings strategies based on clinical intervention services.
- Provides support in the resolution of complex Star rating issues and requests, as well as continuously assessing program needs to expand existing opportunities.
- Drives the success of projects in collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors.
- Attends ongoing professional development courses staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance with security regulations in the government program sector.
- Evaluates performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
- 7+ years experience in 7+ years of experience in Medicare/Stars or Healthcare/Pharmacy Quality, Program Management, or Strategy
- Health plan experience
- Familiarity with CMS measurement methodologies and regulatory updates
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
