Provides support to the strategic advisor function within the Network Strategy & Provider Experience (NS&PE) organization to achieve goals and objectives and ensure deadlines are met in support of the monthly management process.
- Provides support to the strategic advisor function within the Network Strategy & Provider Experience (NS&PE) organization to achieve goals and objectives and ensure deadlines are met in support of the monthly management process.
- Supports the overall NS&PE communication strategy and calendar including collaborating with NS&PE stakeholders to optimize communication channels and ensure information is shared in a timely fashion and with appropriate colleagues.
- Assists with the overall governance and day-to-day management of the NS&PE Heartbeat intranet site functionality and maintenance which includes daily management and publishing of Network Communications, maintaining up-to-date content and links within the home page and sub-pages, and creating and enhancing site pages as needed to support business objectives and organizational changes.
- Plays an active role to ensure continuous improvement by assessing NS&PE communication processes and suggesting enhancements that will directly support the management of the NS&PE Heartbeat site and, when possible, utilizes technology-based tools and resources.
- Actively takes a holistic approach to map out communication plans for topics that should be shared in multiple forums determining who should receive the information and documenting which communication channel is most appropriate to share or disseminate the information.
- Assists with the documented communication plan implementation activities by adding topics to agendas and as needed, coordinates with colleagues to schedule meetings and share information.
- Provides support to the NS&PE newsletter publication process by identifying content recently published within the NS&PE Heartbeat site that should be included within the newsletter and actively identifies non-NS&PE Heartbeat business information as potential content for the newsletter.
- Supports the monthly management process by playing a helpful role in gathering content, and collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts as required to develop exceptional executive-level presentations that tell complex stories in a concise and simplified m

- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Healthcare company.
- Working knowledge of Aetna provider and network organization.
- Must have examples of communication and presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with the creation and content for Heartbeat.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education.
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
