And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Commercial Onboarding Selling & Management will partner with Aetna's Sales and Account teams to provide strategic counsel and assist in scaling the tech-first personalized Welcome & Onboarding member experience to customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships across internal stakeholders for new and existing business Sales (NA, FI, SG), account management, sales enablement, Aetna Marketing, and Marketing analytics.
You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the health insurance industry, the client's health benefits products, audiences and business objectives to refine a tailored sales pitch to drive customer interest. You will act as a top-level specialist to monitor and analyze key performance indicators and provide regular reports and insights to opted-in customers.Responsibilities include:

- Selling in Aetna's premium experience to gain customer opt-in while uncovering new opportunities within existing business.
- Serve as the voice within Marketing for member communications for customers.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management, articulate strategy, status, brainstorming, and other customer meetings while demonstrating high level decision-making for individual and campaign creative strategies.
- Recommend and advise customers on options and capabilities using communication best practices and channel knowledge.
- Execute regular business reviews with customers to assess their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations. Provide ongoing reports to opted-in customers on digital KPIs.
- Test and implement fresh approaches to engage target audiences effectively (e.g, RBM/RCS).
- Proactively meet with account management to stay connected to the business needs and ensure an excellent working relationship.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Sales Enablement, Commercial Product, Marketing B2C and B2B.
- Develop deep understanding of Aetna Health App capabilities.
- Create excitement and rapport with field and account teams on premium member experience.
- Responsible for Cost Savings via Call Reduction and Print Suppression
- Responsible for developing business cases for investment to maintain sales and leadership position in the market

- Marketing Expertise: Solid background in B2C and/or B2C marketing, showcasing a deep understanding of ROI analysis, marketing strategies, audience segmentation, tactics, and best practices. experience.
- Industry Experience: Experience in health insurance/healthcare, product, marketing, brand management, agency management, providing well-rounded perspective on strategic marketing initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, marketing communications.
- Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating impactful presentations with PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or equivalent experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
