As a Senior Manager of Product, you'll be at the forefront of innovation for Aetna Commercial Pharmacy Health Plans, partnering closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Product. You'll lead the charge in launching transformative programs like TrueCost and CVS Weight Management, while driving initiatives that elevate the member experience-from cutting-edge digital enhancements to strategic vendor collaborations that make care more affordable. We're looking for a bold thinker with a passion for learning, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong sense of discipline and structure.Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of new products and programs (e.g., TrueCost, CVS Weight Management) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve member experience, including digital enhancements and partnerships with vendors to drive affordability.
- Evaluate and lead new programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap to drive pharmacy growth, integrated value, and improved member experience.
- Monitor external market trends and commercial solutions to inform strategy and product ecosystem development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Integrated Business Unit, Caremark partners) on product pipeline and deployment activities.
- Provide oversight of product development and performance processes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate team meetings and working groups as needed to drive strategic initiatives forward.
- Engage in continuous improvement activities, including process and operational enhancements.
- Demonstrated self-starter, highly productive in a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Adept at execution and delivery, with strong planning, implementation, and support skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority programs and projects simultaneously, with impeccable attention to detail and organization.

- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, PBM, or retail pharmacy industry, with a focus on product management or strategic initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change with measurable positive outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a dynamic, complex, and agile environment.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to advise, coach, and build relationships across teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
