This role will allow you to combine technical accounting expertise with a strategic focus on operational improvement. You will be seen as a self-motivated and curious individual that possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, has a continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and accuracy, and a proven ability to respond quickly in a changing environment. This role requires strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the desire to innovate and improve. This position, in part, will support the monthly close process and preparation of financial reports as well as other day-to-day accounting related activities.Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience
- Perform technical accounting research and prepare whitepapers for complex and unique transactions (i.e. labor capitalization, revenue recognition, stock compensation, impairment analyses and adoption of new accounting standards).
- Develop and maintain company accounting policies to ensure they are in accordance with US GAAP and provide trainings to ensure they are consistently followed throughout the organization.
- People management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Workday Finance and SAP S4, preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Public Accounting or Public Company (SOX 404) experience
- Experience in the value-based care or SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA certification preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
