This role acts as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors, managing procurement, inventory, budgeting, and project coordination. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to dynamic priorities while supporting both on-site and remote operations.Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Coordination
- Facilitate communication between engineering, maintenance, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange travel, manage expense reporting, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
- Maintain engineering support contracts and assist with project planning.
- Create purchase orders, capital requisitions, and expense requisitions.
- Price shop for parts and materials to ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage supplier interactions: ordering, delivery, returns, and invoice resolution.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
- Manage, forecast, and report department finances.
- Maintain and update budget spreadsheets.
- Maintain spare parts inventory to balance availability and cost.
- Set up and monitor min/max quantities for automated purchase orders.
- Receive, stock, and reconcile inventory in the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Track repairable parts and ensure timely processing.
- Assist with BOM updates for obsolete/replacement components.
- Maintain CMMS system and upload equipment, spare parts, and tool databases.
- Research parts information using technical manuals and industry standards.
- Develop operating and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure maintenance personnel have proper tools and supplies.
- Perform work in the field as needed.
- Carry out essential duties of absent employees when required.
- Lift objects weighing 15-35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Travel up to 25%.
- Minimum 2 years of advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial tracking tools.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
