  • Create weekly updates and develop efficient processes for collecting them.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Synthesize complex technical updates into clear, concise summaries for executives.
  • Build and maintain an accessible knowledge repository.
  • Analyze monthly metrics and KPIs; update PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets for real-time tracking of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Follow up tactfully with stakeholders to secure essential information.
  • Structure communication and documentation to simplify complex content.
  • Identify themes, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives.
  • Be a flexible team player, adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to grasp complex software engineering concepts.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of technical information.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced skills a plus) and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to seeking clarity and following up effectively.
  • Process-oriented with a knack for optimizing workflows.
  • Self-starter with accountability for delivering accurate, complete information.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and collaborating across diverse teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in digital engineering or technology-focused teams.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
