Sales Associate: Mental Well Being

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.The Aetna Mental Well-being Sales Associate (i.e. Sr. Analyst, internal title) is an integral member of the Aetna Mental Well-being Growth team. The Sales Associate will be accountable for supporting the Resources for Living sales strategy to promote membership growth and new logo wins. The Sales Associate will be responsible for support of the sales team with lead generation for new business and case level sales strategy. Activities would include:
- Support lead generation and prospecting initiatives
- Conduct consultant meetings / briefings on RFL
- Review and qualify incoming RFPs before quoting through consultant debriefs, requirements, and identification of pathway to winning to determine if viable new business opportunity.
- Partner to create customer financial strategy to present to underwriting
- Review and edit RFP responses
- Creation of case specific cover letter development
- Finalist Meeting support and execution with ability to back up sales leads in client meetings
- Identifies Resources for Living opportunities by partnering with internal and external sources to cultivate leads.
- Manages and builds producer relations.
- Coordinates sales materials, testimonials, and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent presentations.
- Ability to lead / facilitate finalist presentations, educational presentations, consultant briefings, and capabilities presentations.
- Delivers organized polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituents' needs.
- Collaborates with underwriting to prepare competitive quotes for targeted prospect with a vast understanding of Resources for Living profit, revenue, and margin expectations.
- Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna's strength accordingly.
- Develop plan for quote and proposal delivery. Assist in development of proposal and coordinate resources needed.
- End to end support of the sales process
- Support and participate in sales process and manage case through first 30 days.
- Detail oriented: ability to identify and locate key pieces of information in documentation provided by the Sales team.
- 3+ years within the healthcare industry sales, account management and/or consulting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Salesforce.
- Client-facing / presentation experience across finalist and capability meeting settings.
- Deep understanding of business financials, products, services, group underwriting, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience managing RFP process working with cross-functional teams (underwriting, legal, actuarial, marketing) to develop compelling and compliant RFP submissions.
- Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority.
- Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $49.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
