- Carries out all medication needs and complies with regulatory compliance standards to maintain ethical conduct and patient confidentiality. Coordinates all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately. Completes product deliveries, pulling and staging of product for distribution, rotation of stock, and coordinates these activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely.

Job DescriptionPrimary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitates workflow coordination and ensures technical details are followed up in a timely manner.
Reviews material bins before delivery departure to identify any missed medications, exceptions, or shortages.
Assists with the workload on the pharmacy floor during down time to provide additional needed support.
Ensures work environment remains safe and clean in accordance with departmental standards.
Follows department procedures in filling all narcotic prescriptions for facilities as directed by management.
Monitors and reviews all key procedures to ensure full compliance with federal and regional government regulations.
Benchmarks policies and procedures for the proper non-sterile and sterile product compounding and assembly of clinical products.
Ensures full technical compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
