- CEO Briefing Development: Create comprehensive, high-quality briefings to prepare the CEO for external meetings with other CEOs, industry leaders, and key stakeholders, ensuring the CEO is equipped with relevant insights, data, and strategic context
- Enterprise Management Support: Drive enterprise management processes by partnering across the enterprise, developing meeting agendas, organizing and distributing materials, coordinating attendees, providing real-time meeting support, and tracking action items to completion
- Communications: Draft clear, concise, and impactful communications that synthesize complex information to support strategic decision-making
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with the CEO's vision, providing insights and challenging leadership when necessary to drive optimal outcomes
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to produce error-free materials and manage complex processes with precision
- Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to quickly grasp the company's strategic priorities and industry dynamics
- Leadership and Influence: Confidence to challenge senior leadership constructively, offering insights to refine strategies and decisions

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
