Executive Director, Retail Front Store & Pharmacy Fulfillment Product Management

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary:The Executive Director, Retail Front Store & Pharmacy Fulfillment will lead product management for CVS Health retail and pharmacy. Reporting directly to the AVP of Pharmacy Product Management, the Executive Director, Product Management will drive our product vision and strategy while leading empowered, outcome-focused product teams. This experienced product management leader collaborates with product engineering and product design leaders as part of the product creators' team, to deliver impactful solutions that create meaningful value for our customers and the business.

- Effectively communicate compelling product vision and clear strategy to achieve it, aligning teams around a shared path to deliver customer-centric solutions and measurable business outcomes.
- Build, lead and mentor the product teams consistent with the product oriented operating model and mindset, focused on outcomes and being an advocate for our customers.
- Own the product's value and viability while actively collaborating with and integrating the product engineer's and product designer's expertise throughout the product/feature definition processes.
- Drive ongoing prioritization of initiatives, resources and funding to maximize impact and accelerate time-to-value for customers as part of the product creators' team and in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to business operations, guiding priorities and decisions to ensure product initiatives deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous discovery, experimentation and evidence-based decision making.
- Accountable for successful delivery of products, features and an exceptional customer experience.
- Deeply understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs through partnership with business operations & customer insight teams and engaging directly with customers to inform product strategy and innovation.

- 15+ years in software product management with success in large-scale consumer or B2B products
- Experience managing large product teams
- Proven ability to define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy across large-scale consumer or B2B products.
- Experience leading and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions, ensuring product viability and value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive prioritization, measure outcomes, and influence stakeholders.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve products by exploring new experiences and technologies.
- Perseverance in the face of setbacks on the path towards outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think like a startup founder with a bias for action.

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's degree Preferred
The typical pay range for this role is:$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
