The Distribution Center Receiving Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations. The Distribution Center Receiving Supervisor is the front line connection leading approximately 10+ warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets.In this role, you will lead daily operations, oversee performance, and foster a high-performing, engaged team through effective leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The supervisor also plays a key role in supporting the Operations Manager by contributing to overall leadership and operational excellence.Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Flexibility required as needed.Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within a distribution center or production environment
• Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvement
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Familiarity with Engineer Work Standards (EWS) protocols
• Union environment experience
• Proven experience supervising teams of 10+ associates
• Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple shifts and departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment independently
• Capable of responding effectively and decisively in emergency situations
• Bilingual
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
