And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Case Management Supervisor is responsible for up to 14 case managers. They provide oversight to ensure member needs are met by auditing cases, providing direction, and reviewing cases with their staff. Supervisors conduct individual and team meetings, audit documentation and key measurements of each case manager and work to effectively manage their team for success. Supervisors meet regularly with their manager as well as participate in multiple level leadership meetings, departmental and inter-departmental committees and serve as leads for specialty caseloads and projects. Supervisors also ultimately serve as backups for all case managers. Supervisors provide leadership and subject matter expertise to case managers.Location Requirement: Must reside in Maricopa County, ArizonaLicensure & Education Options (must meet one of the following):1. Registered Nurse (RN)

• Licensed in Arizona and in good standing
• Minimum Associate's degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience

• Licensed in Arizona and in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience

• In good standing, regardless of degree

• Psychology
• Special Education
• Counseling

• Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience

• Knowledge of Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) program
• AHCCCS regulations allow promotion from Case Manager to Supervisor if the degree is in a similar or related field, at the Contractor's discretion, provided experience requirements are met.
