And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryThe Case Management Supervisor is responsible for up to 14 case managers. They provide oversight to ensure member needs are met by auditing cases, providing direction, and reviewing cases with their staff. Supervisors conduct individual and team meetings, audit documentation and key measurements of each case manager and work to effectively manage their team for success. Supervisors meet regularly with their manager as well as participate in multiple level leadership meetings, departmental and inter-departmental committees and serve as leads for specialty caseloads and projects. Supervisors also ultimately serve as backups for all case managers. Supervisors provide leadership and subject matter expertise to case managers.Location Requirement: Must reside in Maricopa County, ArizonaLicensure & Education Options (must meet one of the following):1. Registered Nurse (RN)

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
