Bilingual Senior Analyst, Prevention & Wellness - Remote - Must reside in Florida

Improves quality products and services by using measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet objectives. Coordinates the plan's prevention and wellness activities specifically designed to promote the importance and benefits of accessing timely preventive and well care through targeted member/provider education and outreach initiatives.What you will do
- Conducts telephonic outreach to members to promote clinical gaps in care closure related to Quality HEDIS measures
- Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Prevention & Wellness area, under general supervision.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of the Prevention & Wellness field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
- Develops, implements, and assures the ongoing coordination of designated prevention and wellness activities outlined within the quality improvement and work plan.
- Evaluates, analyzes, reports on and records outcomes of the scheduled prevention and wellness interventions.
- Organizes special or pilot health education interventions to target specific population initiatives.
- Produces and distributes the quarterly community newsletters.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

- 3-5 years' work experience
- Customer service or call center experience
- HEDIS experience
- Medicaid line of business experience
- Previous work from home/remote experience
- High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's Degree (PREFERRED)

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
