Assoc Product Manager - Workflow implementation

The successful candidate will have a strong background in content ownership in a software development environment, and an aptitude for balancing a variable backlog and multiple stakeholder requirements.Business Unit: Signify Health

• Balance a large backlog with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Attend and drive daily standups and sprint planning to track development progress
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other SMEs across Signify Health
• Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans
• Implement content for various clinical workflows with an eye towards user usability and streamlined and support technical logic
• Thoroughly document and test implementation with an extreme eye for detail

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masters degree is a plus
• One to three years of experience as an associate product manager or product owner in an agile software environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and translate technical requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing a large backlog
• A strong foundation in the principles and best practices of technical writing and content design
• Expert research and interviewing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical SMEs
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail
