Warehouse Operator - Level II - SHOP

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator - Level II - to join our team specializing in Logistics at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure accurate receiving, sorting, labeling, and storage of materials so inventory is organized, traceable, and ready to support production and customer needs.

• Improve warehouse efficiency by optimizing storage space and maintaining smooth material flow throughout daily operations.

• Support on-time delivery performance by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching products according to customer orders and operational standards.

• Protect product quality by performing detailed checks for damages, discrepancies, and non-conforming materials before items move through the supply chain.

• Contribute to a safer workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, reporting hazards, and promoting accountability within the team.

• Maintain operational reliability by working at required cycle times, supporting equipment care, and identifying machinery or process issues before they impact productivity.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
