In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Ensure incoming shipments are accurate and undamaged by carefully checking goods against invoices, helping prevent costly errors and delays.

• Keep the warehouse organized by sorting, labeling, and storing items efficiently, which improves space utilization and speeds up operations.

• Support smooth order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and dispatching goods to meet customer expectations and timelines.

• Maintain high quality standards by identifying discrepancies, controlling non-conforming materials, and raising issues early to reduce risk.

• Contribute to a safe workplace by following HSE procedures, using proper protective equipment, and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.

• Improve team performance by communicating clearly, collaborating with coworkers, and supporting cross-functional teams when needed.

• Drive operational efficiency by meeting cycle times, following standard work processes, and suggesting improvements to workflow and material handling.

• Help sustain a productive environment by keeping your work area clean, performing routine equipment care, and staying flexible to support business needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Additional Info:

Prefer applicants with prior PIV experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/ or electric pallet jacks, but we are willing to train the right individual. Also helpful, Microsoft office knowledge and use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally but not required. Please see Brian Ludlum or Brent K. Johnson with any questions.
