Job Summary

Under moderate supervision, the Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports and coordinates day-to-day warehouse operations by working closely with operations management. The role involves managing activities across inbound, outbound, kitting, inventory control, and issuance processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Manage issuance processes and perform cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, sorting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
  • Perform quality checks to identify damages and discrepancies between goods and documentation.
  • Identify and control non-conforming materials.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Adhere to all HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Promote a safe working environment and participate in HSE training initiatives.

Quality & Compliance

  • Follow standard work instructions and quality procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Minimize quality and cost exposure by proactively raising issues.

Operations Coordination

  • Support warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and kitting activities.
  • Work at defined cycle times and meet operational performance metrics.
  • Assist in transportation mode selection and shipment planning where required.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, support staff, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure training completion aligned with business requirements.
  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, processes, and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support maintenance activities and identify equipment requiring repair.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Exposure to 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management is an advantage.
