We are looking for a talented Electrical Field Service Technician to join our Power Generation Team in Perth.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Apply documented procedures and policies to complete diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on power generation equipment in field-based environments, including preparing required parts and tools.

• Perform on-site disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of power generation systems.

• Assist with completing required documentation, such as work completed reports, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms via handwritten forms or business system input screens.

• Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.

• Maintain tools, service vehicles, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and proper operation.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation while working on customer sites, and report any issues/incidents to their supervisor.

• Engine systems interaction - Analyzes mechanical and electrical system interactions using tools, measurements, and service publications.
• Power generation systems knowledge - Applies safety standards and technical understanding to diagnose and repair power generation systems.
• Product repair & maintenance - Performs quality mechanical/electrical repairs, follows guidelines, manages parts, and restores equipment to pre-failure condition.
• Service documentation - Accurately records customer, equipment, and technical data in service systems.
