Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Technician Talent Advisor to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and secure top technician talent for critical business needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Drive effective candidate assessment and selection processes that align skills, experience, and organizational requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to accelerate hiring decisions and enhance workforce capabilities.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and strong employer brand representation.
  • Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with employment regulations, company policies, and selection standards.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to identify trends, improve performance, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase recruiting efficiency, effectiveness, and overall talent acquisition success.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives while effectively managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong sourcing, talent assessment, and selection capabilities with a track record of delivering quality hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills that enable productive partnerships across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting data, identify opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Sound judgment, customer focus, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering inclusive and business-focused talent solutions.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred experience recruiting aftermarket technicians and skilled technical talent in competitive labor markets.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines, reporting, and hiring workflows.
  • Apply diverse sourcing methodologies and market intelligence techniques to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
  • Demonstrate strong consulting skills by partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and talent challenges.
  • Leverage data analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to support informed recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management, balancing business objectives, candidate experience, and compliance requirements.
  • Bring an action-oriented approach with the ability to influence decisions, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster collaboration, inclusion, and effective communication while building relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
