Work Responsibilities

1. Revise and proofread contracts based on the company's standard contract templates in accordance with inputs from the returnable packaging project, and conduct standardized document filing and management.
2. Attend routine meetings, draft meeting minutes, and track the progress of all assigned tasks.
3. Maintain multiple basic data sheets based on project inputs and perform simple data analysis.
4. After receiving professional training, implement the launch, daily maintenance and follow-up support for partial transport routes under the returnable packaging project.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong skills in text organization and document formatting.
2. Meticulous, methodical working style with solid capabilities in task follow-up and ledger management.
3. Effective communication skills, quick learner, strong execution ability; able to independently take over relevant work rapidly after training.
