DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Learn Supply Chain operations
- Design supply chain information queries using database tools
- Data gathering with different sites
- Develop training documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools preferred
- Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and within teams as needed
- Ideal candidate working toward an undergraduate degree ,
QUALIFICATIONS
The student will learn end-to-end customer order management processes and collaborate with the IT team on a project focused on system and process automation. The role will also provide hands-on exposure to daily supply chain operations, including order management and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily order management and logistics activities
- Assist with system process automation projects in collaboration with the IT team
- File and organize documents and records
- Respond to emails and communications using Microsoft Outlook
- Maintain logs and documentation in shared drives
- Assist in drafting and updating work instructions and process documentation
- Complete project-based work using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Interest in supply chain operations, process improvement, and automation
