Qualifications

一、核心职责

  1. 负责技术资料、项目文档的收集、整理、归档及优化，确保文档的准确性、完整性和规范性；
  2. 协助团队完成日常技术支持工作，包括技术问题的初步排查、实验数据的整理分析，以及项目推进过程中的辅助协调；
  3. 配合开展新能源相关方案的调研、撰写及优化工作，参与方案论证过程中的资料准备和讨论支持。
  4. 辅助参加应用工程工具开发。

二、任职要求
  1. 教育背景:在校研究生，电力电子与电力传动、电气工程、新能源科学与工程等相关专业；
  2. 专业技能:掌握电力电子领域基础理论知识，了解逆变器、整流器等核心电力电子器件及拓扑结构；
  3. 基础能力:具备良好的文档撰写能力和数据整理分析能力，熟练使用Office办公软件；
  4. 工作态度:工作认真负责、严谨细致，具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能保证稳定的实习时间。

三、优先条件
  1. 有电力电子相关项目实习、科研经历，或参与过新能源方案设计相关工作者优先；
  2. 掌握Python编程，掌握MATLAB/Simulink等仿真工具，或具备基础的电路设计、调试经验者优先。
