DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• You'll keep people safe and operations running by actively following Health, Safety & Environmental practices-spotting hazards early, using proper PPE, and stopping work when needed to prevent incidents.

• You'll ensure high-quality output by applying strong workmanship standards, carefully following diagrams and specifications, and performing inspections that catch issues before they escalate.

• You'll maximize equipment reliability by maintaining, repairing, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance-helping reduce downtime and extend machine life.

• You'll solve real production problems by identifying root causes of failures, contributing to downtime analysis, and helping eliminate recurring issues.

• You'll drive continuous improvement by working with teammates to reduce bottlenecks, improve processes, and increase overall manufacturing efficiency.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Welding position, or willing to train as a welder with some weld experience.
