DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Service Training Data Administrator - 18 months FTC to join our team specialising in Service for our Service FE Training department in Daventry, United Kingdom. Please note: This is a hybrid role and can also be performed off-site/remotely.

Internal applicants: This will be processed as a secondment.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead training improvement projects, ensuring programmes remain relevant, effective, and aligned with corporate standards.
  • Provide input into the design of instructional content, creating guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct needs, audience, and task analyses to shape training solutions that meet diverse learner requirements.
  • Manage web and marketing initiatives for European training operations, strengthening visibility and engagement.
  • Own data analytics and communications on training delivery, enabling evidence-based decision-making and transparent reporting.
  • Plan and administer learning activities including instructor-led events and e-learning, coordinating logistics, facilitators, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, responding courteously and promptly to training-related queries and requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Demonstrate instructional design expertise, applying Cummins methodologies to analyse, develop, and evaluate training content.
  • Balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, aligning internal and external partners on process improvements.
  • Deliver training sessions that are engaging, adaptable, and focused on practical application in the workplace.
  • Apply resourcefulness and organisational skills to manage scheduling, facilities, vendors, and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Experience:

  • Proven experience in training delivery, instructional design, stakeholder management, and project leadership within a corporate or educational environment.
  • Experience of Cummins LMS systems is advantageous.
  • Familiar with project management tools and processes.
  • Aptitude to conduct analysis, prepare reports, summarise and interpret information.
