Senior Manager, Analytics & Solutions

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Analytics & Solutions, to join our team specializing in Global Sales for our Corporate unit in Columbus, IN.

Job Summary:

Leads and manages implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) strategies that support operational improvement.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Develop a deep understanding of the business to accurately identify BI needs and ensure analytics directly support strategic decision-making.
• Partner closely with functional stakeholders to implement BI strategies that enhance end-user insights and elevate the quality of operational and commercial decisions.
• Build and maintain a clear, forward-looking roadmap for BI deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities and evolving data needs.
• Lead the BI team to provide timely, accurate, and high-quality analytical support, while continuously strengthening technical expertise and awareness of emerging BI innovations.
• Translate customer perspectives and business requirements into meaningful BI content-standardized KPIs, global dashboards, and custom analytics-that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of BI tools and processes by developing structured project and implementation plans covering development, testing, deployment, adoption, and long-term maintenance.
• Coach team members on effective data storytelling and visualization, ensuring insights are communicated clearly, interpreted correctly, and delivered to the right audiences across the business.
• Manage internal and external BI service providers, serve as the primary contact for regional leader feedback, and build a high-performing BI team through strong leadership, mentoring, and development

• AI solutions (- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Sound ML/DL decision-making
• Data engineering and analytics , -application of ethical AI practices, Ethics in AI (privacy, fairness)
• Go beyond technical skills to soft skills to really understand the business and have strong analytics skills with experience to create tools that represent business needs
• Serves as a strategic partner, with cross functional teams, to ensure alignment and sustainability to a wide range of global stakeholders, including Service and Support, Business Solutions, Product Solutions and Engineering, and Sales and Aftermarket Enablement.

1. Responsible for identifying opportunities and developing AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.
2. Drives business objectives by leveraging data science methodologies to solve complex business problems for all business units.
3. Oversees the design and implementation of business intelligence projects and AI models, including planning, budgeting, and integration.
4. Ensures the accuracy and quality of data analysis, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders worldwide.
5. Translates complex data science outputs into clear, business-focused language, ensuring model capabilities are verified by domain experts.
6. Develops and implements project roadmaps for the adoption and maintenance of new business intelligence tools and processes on a global scale.
7. Builds and sustains strong relationships across the company to deliver significant business value through a data-driven approach.
8. Mentors and coaches employees on data science tools and methodologies to advance the organization's capabilities and leadership culture.
9. Participates in strategic planning for the advancement of the Data Science

• Advanced AI, ML/DL, and data engineering expertise (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, ethical AI practices) to design, validate, and deploy high-quality, responsible AI solutions.
• Strategic mindset and planning discipline to build and execute global roadmaps for BI and AI initiatives, ensuring adoption, sustainability, and measurable business impact.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity by making sense of large, contradictory, or incomplete datasets and turning them into actionable insights.

Education, Licenses, Certifications: Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent bachelor's degree in Data sciences, or in Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics / relevant field with a quantitative focus, or experience equivalent is required. Significant practical experience preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: 5+ years' experience is required in analytics, engineering, or management consulting or equivalent analytical experience. Experience in managing business intelligence and analytics projects from inception to delivery is required, including developing structured solutions. Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders is preferred, including to define analysis requirements and priorities and to implement strategy while balancing short- vs long-term deliverables. Exceptional business acumen is preferred, including an understanding of business drivers and value creation in a customer-focused organization.
