Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

职责 Responsibilities:

• 严格按照工程部出示的图纸及相应的检验规程进行检验；
• 及时完成对报检零件的检测；
• 按照GB2828-2003,及公司规定的AQL值进行抽样；
• 如实填写检验报告；
• 如按照正常标准，判定合格，向仓库提供合格标示，准予入库；
• 如按照正常标准，判定为不合格则将结果反馈给供应商质量工程师处理。

内外关系 Relationships:

• 向供应商质量工程师和仓库出示进货检验的报告。

岗位任职要求 Requirements for the Position:

• 中专以上学历，有三年以上相关工作经验；
• 办事严谨，工作端正，良好职业道德；
• 能够看懂机械图纸；
• 熟练使用三大量具:卡尺、千分尺、百分表等；
• 有使用相关测量设备经验，会使用CMM（编写程序）、粗糙度仪、轮廓度仪等；
• 有铸铁（灰铁和球铁）金相检验经验者优先；
