We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator - Sales to join our team in Sales in Grand Rapids, MI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive successful project execution by coordinating closely with Sales, Project Management, and Credit teams to meet lifecycle targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency by validating project documentation, take-offs, and credit/data inputs to support smooth project initiation and execution.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and clear updates on project status and next steps.
  • Support project delivery by tracking progress, identifying issues early, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve risks and roadblocks.
  • Enhance project visibility by maintaining accurate records, monitoring key metrics, and communicating timely status updates to the Project Manager and team.
  • Contribute to financial and operational outcomes by assisting with budget planning, tracking expenditures, and providing analytical insights to keep projects on track.
  • Improve project outcomes by identifying risks, applying quality tools, and contributing to the development of effective project plans and timelines.
  • Build organizational capability by documenting lessons learned, sharing best practices, and managing defined portions of projects and administrative logistics with accountability.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Communicate with clarity and impact by tailoring messages to Sales, Project Management, Credit teams, and customers to ensure alignment, understanding, and timely decision-making.
  • Deliver a customer-centric experience by proactively incorporating customer perspectives into project execution, ensuring solutions meet expectations and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage complexity effectively by organizing high volumes of project data, resolving inconsistencies, and translating inputs into clear, actionable plans.
  • Plan and align work to priorities by coordinating tasks, timelines, and dependencies to meet project commitments and lifecycle targets.
  • Apply project management discipline by balancing scope, schedule, and resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within defined parameters.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues by identifying, prioritizing, and driving resolution using structured tools to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.
  • Leverage resourcefulness and resource management to efficiently allocate time, tools, and support, ensuring optimal use of project resources and budget alignment.
  • Foster collaboration and inclusivity by valuing diverse perspectives, managing conflict constructively, and enabling effective teamwork across cross-functional stakeholders.
