DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- You'll be a safety leader on the floor by stopping work when needed, reporting hazards early, and modeling strong HSE habits that protect people, equipment, and the environment.
- You'll deliver consistent, high-quality output by following standard work, using SPC and poka-yoke tools, and catching non-conforming material before it becomes a bigger issue.
- You'll keep production moving by independently operating equipment at required cycle times and meeting daily output and customer expectations.
- You'll reduce waste and cost by identifying quality risks, raising improvement ideas, and minimizing rework, scrap, and environmental impact.
- You'll elevate the team's capability by instructing, coaching, and serving as a go-to resource for less experienced teammates.
- You'll strengthen equipment reliability through routine housekeeping, operator care, and proactive communication with skilled trades and support teams.
- You'll improve processes beyond your station by collaborating on safety, quality, material flow, and efficiency improvements.
- You'll set the tone for teamwork and accountability through clear communication, flexibility, and continuous learning aligned with business needs.

• Strong collaboration skills - Build trust-based partnerships across your team and support functions, sharing information openly and working together to achieve shared production, safety, and quality goals.
• High-quality decision-making - Make timely, well-reasoned decisions using available data and experience, even when information is incomplete or conditions are changing.
• A results-driven mindset - Stay focused on meeting production, safety, and quality targets, pushing through challenges while maintaining standards and composure.
• Clear accountability - Take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and respectfully hold others accountable to do the same.
• Ability to manage complexity - Analyze complex or conflicting information, identify root causes, and apply practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
• Commitment to health and safety - Actively champion safe behaviors, report hazards, participate in corrective actions, and model an interdependent safety culture every day.
• Solid manufacturing knowledge - Understand processes, equipment, and systems well enough to correctly implement changes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
