Production Associate - Level I

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Delivering Reliable Production Output - Operating manual and automated equipment at the required cycle time to meet production goals and customer expectations.
• Maintaining Equipment and Work Areas - Performing routine housekeeping, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance to support equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborating Effectively With Teams - Communicating clearly with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to keep operations aligned and issues resolved.
• Contributing to Continuous Improvement - Participating in efforts that enhance safety, quality, material flow, and employee development.

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
