Product Support Representative

We are seeking a talented Product Support Representative to join our Perth-based Product Support team. In this senior role, you will provide technical and product support to mining customers across Western Australia, helping resolve complex service issues and deliver strong customer outcomes.

About this role:

  • As a senior member of our Product Support team, provide technical service support to mining customers across Western Australia.
  • Manage the engine life database
  • Respond to urgent customer requirements, including complex technical, product and service support issues.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers, engineers, service teams and internal product specialists, to support timely issue resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
  • Support escalations by coordinating information, documenting outcomes and providing clear technical recommendations.
  • Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week (office based)

Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, technical trade qualification, or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience: Relevant experience in customer support, product support, technical support, service operations, mechanical equipment, mining, heavy-duty engines or a related field is preferred. Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.
