Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • For internal candidates: Engineering graduate or master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering design and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Required for All Candidates

  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role (external benchmark).
  • Proven experience defining product roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Experience tracking team-level metrics, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing systems, tools, or platforms that enable user interaction and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading cross-functional, self-organized product or project teams.
  • Exposure to design thinking methodologies and end-to-end product development lifecycles.
  • Expertise in data, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern digital architectures.
  • Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
