Specific information about the area:
Update the Value Stream Mapping of the business units to accurately identify non-value-added activities, update cycle times and material/information flow, and establish a comprehensive continuous improvement plan that increases operational efficiency, reduces waste, and ensures alignment with current organizational standards.
Activities:
- Support video recording and time analysis activities on production lines.
- Support the mapping of operations for each business unit.
- Design standards for the plant's visual factory system.

The student will be developed in:
- Time and motion studies.
- Material Information Flow Chart.
- Training on Visual Management standards.
Requirements:
- Availability for 1 year as an active student (enrolled at the University until June-July 2027).
- Availability to cover 7 morning hours from Monday to Friday, preferably from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Student of: Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
- Must have a Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
- English level: Basic to Intermediate (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
