Power Generation Field Service Technician - Level II

DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Engage customers courteously and professionally.
- Use specialized tools and follow procedures to diagnose and complete repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on power generation products.
- Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors.
- Complete required documentation (service worksheets, timesheets, etc.).
- Maintain service vehicle and tools.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Use specialized tools and procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on power generation products.
- Issue Escalation: Refer unresolved issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
- Documentation: Accurately complete service records, timesheets, and warranty claims.
- Training & Development: Participate in required training programs.
- Vehicle & Tool Maintenance: Keep service vehicle and tools clean and operational.
- Health & Safety: Follow all safety policies and report incidents promptly.

Education & Certifications
- Preferred: Apprentice Certified Power Generation/Electrical Technician.
- Vocational diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Current electrical certification and valid driver's license.
Experience
- Basic field service experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of power generation products.
- High Voltage/Low Voltage experience.
- Strong customer service background.
