We are looking for a talented Operations Intern to join our team in Pandan Ave, Singapore. This is an Onsite role. Internship period will be 6 months or longer, depend on Singapore college/universities session.

Support the Operations Excellence team in updating and standardizing operational documentation during the Warehouse Management System (WMS) transition and implementation. While providing support and assistance in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

• Track documentation and process improvement action items.
• Prepare meeting minutes, project updates, and progress trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, IT, Materials, and Training.

• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), process flows, and forms impacted by the WMS implementation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, and aligned with the new system requirements.
• Coordinate with process owners to gather information and validate documentation updates.
• Support document version control and central repository management.

• Assist in mapping current and future-state warehouse processes.
• Support the identification of process gaps, improvement opportunities, and standardization initiatives.
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations.

• Communication effectively - Developing and delivering clear communication that supports collaboration across different teams and stakeholders.
• Ensures accountability - Taking ownership of assigned tasks and meeting commitments effectively.
• Plans and aligns - Managing priorities and coordinating work aligned with organizational goals and operational requirements.

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping tools is an advantage.
• Strong documentation skills, ensuring processes, procedures, and records are accurately captured and maintained.

• Gain exposure to end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
• Participate in a major WMS implementation project.
• Learn document control, process mapping, project management, and change management practices.
• Work closely with Operations Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on business improvement initiatives.
