QUALIFICATIONS
岗位职责:
- 深入研究团队基于若干开源项目构建的内部系统；
- 系统性梳理所涉开源项目的功能模块、使用方式、配置选项及扩展能力；
- 通过阅读文档、源码、社区讨论等方式，探索这些工具的高级用法与最佳实践；
- 编写清晰易懂的技术笔记、使用指南或演示示例，帮助团队更高效地利用这些工具；
- 在理解基础上，提出可能的优化建议或集成方案。
任职要求:
- 对开源技术有浓厚兴趣，乐于探索和学习新工具；
- 具备良好的自学能力和信息检索能力；
- 熟悉至少一种编程语言（如 Python、Java、Go 等）；
- 能阅读英文技术文档；
- 有使用过 Git、Docker、Linux 等开发者工具者优先；
- 有参与过开源项目或技术博客撰写经验者加分。
工作要求:
- 每周到岗不少于 4 天 （可协商）；
- 计算机或相关专业在校本科生或研究生；
- 认真细致，责任心强，能适应多任务并行的工作方式。
