Job Summary:

Performs highly skilled non production activities independently supporting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop projects that supports continuous improvement activities to improve quality, safety, process and employee development. Leads and coordinates others acting as a formal resource for team members with less capability. Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources. Facilitates and applies Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology throughout the plant. Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet goals. Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance. Deals comfortably with the uncertainty of change and effectively handles risks. Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams. Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements. Actively leads the identification and ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

1. 在Fusion系统、MES系统中添加或维护MBOM、制造工单的制造属性（工艺路线、资源、工时等）。
2. 采集生产制造数据，参与工时测量、线平衡分析、流程优化等工业工程工作。
3. 参与各类项目和改善，协助在新产品/新设备导入时进行进度跟踪、文档管理等。
4. 协助编制MD、SW等制造文件。
5. 支持生产现场，协调、解决生产制造过程中涉及BOM、工艺、工装工具的问题，包括生产中BOM问题的汇总传递。
6. 协助工装工具管理。参与登记、盘点和反馈工装工具异常；参与工装夹具的维修保养和改进。

1. 具有良好的沟通表达能力。
2. 中专或同等以上学历，会Office等电脑操作。
3. 熟悉产品和工艺流程。
4. 有一定的机械工程或工业工程的知识。
5. 愿意花时间学习工作中遇到的未知知识。
