Legal Analyst - Graduate
Job Summary:
Performs routine legal work and assists on projects under the supervision of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews basic documents and routine contracts, addresses legal questions and assists on projects under the supervision of an attorney. Undertakes directed legal research. Works with more experienced attorneys to begin understanding the application of legal analysis. Builds professional experience and learns the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business. Manages small portions of well defined projects. Provides administrative and logistics support for a project team and project manager. Competencies:

License to practice law in home jurisdiction (can be obtained during Graduate program).
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
