DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a new financial cost tracking system, replacing legacy tools.
- Oversee integration and optimization of supplier risk platforms with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for Procurement's Cost Tracking and Risk Compliance teams.
- Analyze and evaluate application functionality; recommend improvements to enhance business processes.
- Configure and verify application setup to meet functional requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve functionality issues and improve application performance.
- Document functional specifications and contribute to solution design and validation testing.
- Support the analysis of potential application solutions and document recommended resolutions for functionality gaps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, supply chain, or IT application support.
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake), and data visualization/reporting would be an added advantage.
- Experience with supplier collaboration and risk management platforms.
- Skilled in requirements gathering and cross-functional coordination.
- Familiarity with application configuration, solution modeling, and validation testing.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience deploying cost tracking and risk management monitoring tools.
- Exposure to global supply chain operations and sub-tier supplier network analysis.
