POSITION SCOPE:

  • 负责日常总账会计处理 (Accounting treatment of GL)
  • 间接采购流程控制 (Manage Indirect Purchase process)
  • 月度会计科目核对(Monthly COA reconciliation)
  • 其他日常账务处理及系统检查工作 (Other routine accounting entry booking and system data check)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • 间接采购流程控制(Manage Indirect Purchase process)
  • 期末费用调整(Month end expense adjustment)
  • 期末结账数据准备(Cable submission and COA review report)
  • 月度会计科目核对(Monthly COA reconciliation)
  • 其他日常账务处理及系统检查工作(Other routine accounting entry booking and system data check)

Working Experience

  • 具有相关会计工作经验的优先 (previous accounting working experience is preferred)
  • 熟练掌握办公软件,包含EXCEL, 财务系统Oracle (Office skills - Oracle is preferred)

Education /Certificate

  • 大学本科及以上(bachelor's degree or above)

Culture/Language

  • 熟练掌握英语的听说书写 (Good command of English in both oral and written)

Other Requirements

  • 善于沟通,有较强的应变能力 (Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people)
  • 责任心强,踏实肯干 (Cooperative / Team Participant)
  • 可以实习超过6个月的优先 (at least 6 months of internship)
