Job Summary:
- Ensures completion of account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry. Completes the month-end close process. Performs activities under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiles, consolidates and conducts analysis of accounting and finance information. Prepares standard journal entries that require analysis. Performs more complex monthly and annual account reconciliations. Prepares tables, charts and other exhibits for reports. May perform complex accounting projects or participate as a team member on complex projects. Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

- Financial Internal Controls - Leverages internal control framework by assessing internal controls and developing remediation plans to mitigate financial reporting risks and respond to changing business needs.
- Financial Regulations Acumen - Evaluates applicable regulations for the financial area of focus, such as tax, banking, pension, local accounting to ensure underlying transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable regulations; explains key requirements and purpose of regulations and implications to the business to inform and educate relevant stakeholders.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- A two year University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Experience:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Prepare monthly finance reports, including RDC sales/shipping volume, premium freight recovery, DBU EBIT package, DP Expense reports, and logistics service fee tracking.
Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, reversals, reclass entries, inventory transfer entries, AP/AR checks, GIT cost adjustments, and logistics cost charges.
Manage and update CRT/CSE/Should Cost modules, including user access, master data, pricing information, engineering parameter templates, and user feedback follow-up.
Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and JV teams to collect inputs and ensure timely report delivery.
Participate in finance digitalization and process improvement projects, including role optimization, capability-building initiatives, and automation opportunities.
